Key Accountabilities
Lead, train, and supervise stewards and casual labour; conduct briefings and ensure proper use of cleaning equipment.

Ensure all stewarding, production, and service areas meet cleanliness and sanitation standards, including pest control.

Oversee inventory, storage, and distribution of chinaware, glassware, cutlery, and other operating equipment.; minimise breakage and damage.

Prepare and supervise equipment setup and cleanliness for events and daily operations; ensure readiness according to function sheets.
