Job Summary

The
Steward Associate
is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards in all kitchen, food & beverage service areas, and back-of-house facilities. This role supports smooth kitchen and restaurant operations by ensuring proper washing, storage, and handling of kitchen equipment, utensils, and service wares in accordance with hotel standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Sanitation & Cleanliness

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service items.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, stewarding stations, dishwashing areas, and waste disposal zones.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
