STIVA 2 QUALITY PROCESS ENGINEER

We are looking for a Quality Engineer. The role focuses on process audits, corrective actions, customer complaint investigation, and solution implementation to ensure quality of our Chillers Products and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Conduct regular process audits to identify deviations from standard operating procedures and quality standards; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify root causes and effective solutions.
• Investigate customer complaints and claim root causes, implement corrective actions, and collaborate with customers to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
