We’re working alongside established civil contractors delivering roading and infrastructure projects across the Waikato region. With work secured, they’re looking for an experienced Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS) to lead traffic management operations on site.

This role suits someone who takes ownership of site safety, communicates clearly, and understands the responsibility that comes with supervising traffic control on active civil sites. You’ll be trusted to run traffic management properly, support your team, and maintain high standards at all times.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and supervising traffic management on civil construction sites
• Implementing and maintaining approved Traffic Management Plans (TMPs)
• Briefing and overseeing Traffic Controllers on site
• Ensuring all traffic control measures meet NZTA and site requirements
• Liaising with site supervisors, councils, and contractors
