Stock Administrator

Here at Van Cleef & Arpels Geneva we are expanding our family by looking for a highly organized, precise and pro-active Stock Administrator for a full-time position, based in our boutique of Geneva.

CONTEXT

As part of the Operations Team, the Stock Administrator ensures the stock management of the boutique including main safe and daily safe optimum organization. She/he aims for operational excellence to support the boutique daily business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

STOCK OPERATIONS

• Manage the stock in the main safe – Receive stock (physically & system), transfer pieces, handle special product requests for CP, and ensure efficient organization of main safe.
• Manage the daily safe and boutique windows replenishment – Ensure daily replenishment according to the daily routine process and in line with the products list agreed with Boutique management, propose alternatives when facing shortages and follow up pieces’ movements wit...
