Stock Control Manager

Armstrong Knight are working exclusively with a Manufacturing company that has a Global Presence.

Due to the recent retirement of a long standing member of staff, our client now has a fantastic career opportunity available for a Stock Control Manager.

Duties and responsibilities

Processing

• Initial sign off of P.O’s
• Expediting orders
• Contact suppliers to confirm shipment dates and input/amend arrival dates on the system
• As key point of contact, liaise with senior managers and main external suppliers to:
• coordinate activities during periods of increased sales activity
• ensure timely and efficient flow of information
• maintain proactive communication
• Parts orders and replenishment
• Monitoring of warranty claims and rebates
• Price listing- working closely with Marketing
