Stock Controller

•Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate inventory without overstocking.
• Oversee stock movements, including receiving, transfers, and dispatch, ensuring proper documentation and system updates.

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of inventory to prevent damage or loss.

Cost Control:

• Track and analyze costs of goods sold (COGS)

• Identify cost variances and recommend corrective actions to stay within budget.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes related to inventory and production costs.

• Work closely with purchasing to control procurement costs .

Reporting & Analysis:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and cost reports for management.

• Analyze trends in inventory consumption, wastage, and purchasing to support strategic decisions.
