This is a critical role responsible for procurement, allocation, reconciliation and reporting — ensuring every event is fully stocked, fully costed and fully controlled.

• Place accurate and timely orders for concurrent events
• Source stock according to event briefs and bar specifications
• Manage supplier pricing agreements and delivery schedules
