To ensure effective stock control, warehouse management, logistics coordination, fleet monitoring, and cash control, while maintaining accurate records, minimizing losses, and supporting efficient daily distribution operations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Route Planning & Distribution

• Plan and manage daily truck routing.
• Allocate trucks efficiently based on delivery volumes and priorities
• Ensure optimal route planning to reduce costs, delays, and fuel usage

Fleet Monitoring & Communication

• Monitor all trucks daily and track delivery progress
• Communicate expected delivery times and delays to customers and management
• Resolve delivery issues and escalate unresolved problems to management

Vehicle & Equipment Inspections

• Conduct daily truck inspections with drivers

Driver & Cash Control

• Issue cash advances to drivers for...
