Job Introduction
A bit about the role
As Retail Stock Runner you will be responsible for the stock in your department and ensure that it is available and accessible for the customer. You will support the wider retail team to put the customer and the heart and create an experience that keeps them coming back. You will be responsible for providing the customer with product as and when required, maintaining stockroom standards and completing audits.
As Retail Stock Runner you will:
Support Sales Associates on the shop floor when they are serving customers by retrieving product from the stockroom at the customers request and in a timely manner.
Replenish stock on the floor as and when required.
Follow the stockroom standards template to maintain stockroom standards, making them easily accessible to find stock for customers.
