Storage & Backup Engineer

Storage Operations

• Monitor storage & backup systems performance and capacity using standard tools.
• Respond to alerts and resolve incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform routine health checks and maintenance activities on storage arrays and SAN environments
• Perform routine backup restore request by Business.

Troubleshooting & Support

• Diagnose and resolve storage & backup related issues (SAN connectivity, disk failures, performance bottlenecks).
• Escalate complex problems to Level 2/Manager as needed.
• Provide support for end-users and internal teams regarding storage provisioning and access.

Configuration & Implementation

• Assist in configuration of storage arrays, SAN switches, and backup systems.
• Support storage standard changes following approved change management processes.

Compliance & Security

• Apply security policies (e.g., access control, ...
