Job Description

Under the direct supervision of the Facility Manager, the Storage Specialist helps promote and grow the company within the Philippines and primarily acts as a front liner in dealing with customers and provides exceptional customer service, performs admin roles and documentation, and ensures facility goals are met such as meeting occupancy and income goals. The Self-Storage Specialist is also responsible for ensuring that Loc&Stor 24/7, Inc. facility is properly maintained.

• Provides world‑class customer service by building stronger customer relationships with our current clients and identifies and nurtures potential new clients.
• Enters customer and potential customer details accurately into the management system.
• Ensures accurate reporting (using management software) and explains discrepancies, exceptions, and abnormalities daily and monthly.
