About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Store Assistant to join our team at LEE TAT LEE ENTERPRISE SDN BHD in Penampang, Sabah. As a Store Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our retail store, delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and queries are resolved in a timely manner
2. Maintaining a neat, organised and visually appealing store environment, including stocking shelves, merchandising products, and ensuring the store is clean and well-presented
3. Handling cash and card transactions, accurately processing payments and maintaining proper records
4. Assisting with inventory management, including receiving and unpacking deliveries, checking stock levels, and reporting any discrepancies
