Key Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming materials (plastic raw materials chemicals packaging etc.) as per purchase orders.
• Label and organize inventory properly in designated areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in manual and/or ERP systems.
• Issue materials to production as per requisition and monitor stock levels regularly.
• Assist with periodic stock audits and cycle counts.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and material handling practices to avoid damage or loss.
• Coordinate with procurement, production and quality control departments for inventory needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the store area.
• Prepare and maintain documentation like GRNs MRNs stock registers and delivery challans.
