Store Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the operations of the store
Conduct daily briefing with store crew
Achieve the daily, weekly and monthly sales target
Manage the schedules of store crew, cash-fund and store equipment
Implement store marketing campaigns such as promotions and tie ups
Monitor the daily inventory and ensure the availability of stocks
Monitor the product expiration dates and ensure implementation of FIFO
Qualifications:
At least Bachelor's Degree in Business Course/Marketing/HRM or equivalent
At least 1 year working experience in the related field, preferably in Food and Beverage or Restaurant Services
Customer service oriented
Excellent communication skills
Willing to work in shifting schedule
Can work with minimum supervision
