Store Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of the store

• Conduct daily briefing with store crew

• Achieve the daily, weekly and monthly sales target

• Manage the schedules of store crew, cash-fund and store equipment

• Implement store marketing campaigns such as promotions and tie ups

• Monitor the daily inventory and ensure the availability of stocks

• Monitor the product expiration dates and ensure implementation of FIFO

Qualifications:

• At least Bachelor's Degree in Business Course/Marketing/HRM or equivalent

• At least 1 year working experience in the related field, preferably in Food and Beverage or Restaurant Services

• Customer service oriented

• Excellent communication skills

• Willing to work in shifting schedule

• Can work with minimum supervision
