Store Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive goods and materials from suppliers and customers
• Arrange workers for loading and unloading of materials
• Record stock in/out transactions and key data into the Autocount Stock System
• Perform stock calculations and ensure physical stock matches system records (up-to-date)
• Report any stock shortages or discrepancies to the purchaser or relevant personnel
• Ensure all received goods/materials are in good condition and in the correct quantity
• Conduct weekly stock take and submit inventory reports to the purchaser
• Lock and unlock the warehouse cabinet when production workers collect materials
• Assist the purchaser with related tasks (e.g., placing orders, preparing quotations, and handling administrative work)
