Store Clerk/unit Supply/sssc Clerk (Colombia)

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Unit Supply clerk purchases, stocks and distributes equipment and materials for the department.

• Stocks, distributes and tracks all purchases
• Distributes appropriate paperwork
• Maintains inventory of all supplies, equipment and materials
• Writes requisitions
• Receives and checks all shipments
• Prepares and maintains appropriate reports and files
• Directs deliveries to other departments
• Answers phone calls
• Performs office clerical tasks, as needed
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 years of related experience or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities
• Valid Driver's License preferred
• English professional fluency, preferred. Ability to speak, read and write to appropriate and consistently communicate in English, preferred.
