Selling Area
Replenishes all stocks in the selling area
Monitors product availability in the Food Express area
Forwards products and prioritize arrangement of the saleable items (AA rank)
Puts shelf/price tags in every products
Follows plan-o-gram of all merchandise
Checks product quality (pull-out substandard)
Cleans whole store premises
Conducts regular cleaning of equipment
Kitchen Area
Cooks and prepares all Ready-to-Eat (RTE) products
Maintains updated QC slips
Checks the condition of all equipment
Ensures availability of all RTE products especially during peak hours
Reports to the Store Supervisor or Shift Supervisor all the raw and packaging materials that are likely to run out of stock
