Store Development Manager

Job Summary

The Store Development Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the development of new F&B, QSR, or retail outlets across Malaysia. This role ensures projects are executed on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards, local regulations, and safety requirements. The manager is hands-on and execution-driven, ensuring smooth store openings and operational readiness.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end store opening projects, including new outlets, relocations, and renovations.
• Prepare project timelines, budgets, and resources; drive execution to meet opening deadlines.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing) to ensure operational readiness.
