Store Development Manager/Director

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the end-to-end store opening plan, including store site selection and mall lease negotiation and achieving store opening launch targets in the responsible area.

2. Collect market information and sales data from various countries and regions, as well as

distribution information of competing brands (competitor mapping) in commercial districts to inform strategic expansion decisions.

1. Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with large and medium-sized shopping malls, responsible for negotiations and strategic cooperation for the entry of shopping malls nationwide.

2. Optimize the store financial performance of the store after 3 months of operation by implementing cost-efficiency measures such as promote the reduction of operating costs and maximize the EBITDA of the store.
