Job Description

Responsibilities: Oversee the flow of the leasing section towards the mall and/or building terms 
Negotiate the offers rates and charges based on the company's requirements and demands 
Monitoring and arrangement of Lease Space or Renewal and/or Non Renewal 
Arrangement and filing of Lease of Contracts 
With pleasing personality 
Job Requirements: Language - Fluent in English 
Experience - Experience in similar fields is highly preferable 
Can work with minimal supervision 
Can do multitask
