Store Development Specialist

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To support the implementation of store development process by working closely with the Sales & Retail teams to ensure the adidas brand standards of store design execution is met and exceed expectations for all new stores and renovations

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project progress, identifying and support in resolving challenges that may arise during the fit-out phase.
• Support in coordinating ongoing fit-out construction progress and communicate inter-vendor to ensure works are within the timeline.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Perform store development construction auditing with support documents across Mono doors.
• Perform on site visit, store maintenance auditing, and liaise with vendor to resolve issue.
