Store Executive

Job Description

• Inspect all incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain 100% accurate records in our inventory management system; monitor for low stock and overstock.
• Organize items by category and ensure the store remains clean, safe, and compliant with hospital safety standards.
• Fulfill departmental requisitions and ensure supplies reach the wards/offices on time.
• Liaise with Finance and Purchasing to report discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Participate in regular stock counts and help improve our storage processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years in storekeeping, warehousing, or inventory management.
• Proficiency in Excel or Hospital/Inventory Management Systems.
