Virbhu India Pvt Ltd – Vadodara (Gujarat), a wholly owned subsidiary of AK-LLC (USA), operating in the field of power electronics , has as an immediate opening for a Store in Charge.

Store In charge with Tally responsibilities manages all physical inventory operations while maintaining real-time digital records in Tally ERP/Prime. Responsible for the end-to-end flow of materials—receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing—and ensuring that the physical stock matches the digital inventory records.

Core Responsibilities

Tally Data Entry & Documentation:

• Timely entry of all inward and outward materials into Tally.
• Preparation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) based on supplier invoices and purchase orders.
• Generation of Material Issue Notes and Delivery Challans for dispatching items.
• Maintaining records of Job Work (returnable/non-returnable) in Tally.
