Store In charge with Tally responsibilities manages all physical inventory operations while maintaining real-time digital records in Tally ERP/Prime. Responsible for the end-to-end flow of materials—receiving, inspecting, storing, and issuing—and ensuring that the physical stock matches the digital inventory records.
Core Responsibilities
Tally Data Entry & Documentation:
- Timely entry of all inward and outward materials into Tally.
- Preparation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) based on supplier invoices and purchase orders.
- Generation of Material Issue Notes and Delivery Challans for dispatching items.
- Maintaining records of Job Work (returnable/non-returnable) in Tally.
