Store Experience Strategist

We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond displays and designs with purpose. Someone who understands shopper behavior, store experience, and spatial thinking — then turns insights into impactful retail execution.

What you'll do

• Design and execute end-to-end shopper experiences.
• Create store concepts, zoning, and shopper journey strategies.
• Analyze shopper behavior and translate insights into retail solutions.
• Visualize ideas through strong 3D execution.
• Collaborate across Design, Marketing, and Commercial Teams.

What we're looking for

• Strategic thinker with a strong eye for retail experience.
• Curious about shopper behavior and store details.
• Advanced 3D skills (SketchUp / Blender / 3Ds Max / similar).
• Basic 2D skills (Illustrator / Photoshop / Figma).
• Comfortable using AI tools to support ideation, visualization, and daily ...
