Job Summary

The Automotive Store In-Charge is responsible for managing the daily operations of the automotive spare parts and accessories store. This role ensures proper inventory control, timely availability of parts, accurate billing, vendor coordination, and efficient support to workshop and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and staff.
• Maintain inventory of automotive spare parts, tools, and accessories.
• Ensure timely availability of fast-moving and critical parts.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock audits, and prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Handle goods receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance.
• Maintain accurate records in inventory management systems or registers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement and deliveries.
• Ensure proper documentation for purchase orders, invoices, and GRNs.
