Store Inventory Controller

The Store Inventory Controller is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of a store's stock levels. You will bridge the gap between the warehouse and the sales floor, ensuring that every item is accounted for and that out-of-stock never becomes a customer's reality.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Monitoring: Track incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
• Auditing: Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory checks to identify and resolve discrepancies (shrinkage).
• Reporting: Generate detailed reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and damaged goods for management.
• Process Improvement: Implement and optimize storage systems to improve space utilization and picking efficiency.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers and the logistics team to verify deliveries and process returns or claims.
