• Update system stock / invoicing

B. Stock Management

• Receive supplier goods
• Check quantity & product condition
• Update system stock
• Perform weekly cycle count
• Perform monthly full stock count

C. Inventory Control

• Monitor low stock items
• Report fast-moving & slow-moving items
• Arrange storage neatly using FIFO method

D. Returns Handling

• Process Shopee / Lazada returns
• Inspect returned items condition
• Update stock accordingly

E. Retail Support

• Assist retail counter during peak hours
• Refill shelves
