Job Description

                    Job Responsibilities:  Updating stock records using excel or stock management system 
Loading and unloading from containers 
Arranging for delivery and collection of events items through logistics provider like lalamove, grab 
Packing of event items and arranging them according to event dates and stock categories 
Monitoring inventory level and ensure replenishment 
Onsite support for project teams including moving of events items 
Maintain cleanliness of the store and office area 
Any other ad hoc duties 
 Who are we looking for:  Singaporeans or permanent residents only 
Able to operate forklifts and other logistics equipment 
Minimum PSLE 
Basic IT knowledge 
Knowledge of apps to order for delivery or collection 
We are moving office from Pasir Panjang to Ubi. This position will need to assist in office relocation
