Store Leader

About the Role This is a customer first and people focused role with operational accountability. As Store Leader at our Knox City business you will be responsible for leading, coaching and motivating a team of Optometrist/s, Optical Dispensers and Retail Assistants. A key part of the role will be coaching and developing the team to ensure our customers receive a best class service whilst focusing on exceeding store profit and targets.This position will be offered as full-time permanent and the established team are ready for an optically experienced leader to join them.  About You You will be inspired and driven by the opportunity to work with a global leader in health care that is on the path towards an exciting transformation.Your experience:
