Job Summary:

The Store Management Trainee will oversee daily store operations, ensure smooth workflow, and lead a team of sales associates to meet sales and customer service goals. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a passion for retail excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or any related course.
• Preferably Fresh Graduate (Reputable College or University).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
