Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
Lead, coach, and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Deliver excellent customer service and handle escalated issues professionally
Monitor KPIs and drive strong sales performance
Ensure proper inventory control, replenishment, and shrinkage prevention
Maintain high visual merchandising standards and store presentation
Handle store administration including cash management, sales reporting, and SOP compliance
Work closely with management to achieve store goals and business objectives
