Store Manager - BF Parañaque

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Help the store reach (and beat!) sales targets
• Keep expenses on track and manage the budget wisely
• Reduce product losses and help improve store profitability
• Monitor stock levels to make sure shelves stay well-filled
• Ensure fast-moving and essential items are always available
• Support and guide team members through training and coaching
• Spot operational issues early and help solve them quickly

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course
• At least 4 years of experience in a retail or similar management role
