Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or similar role in a retail environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or related field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
