Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end warehouse and inventory operations
• Ensure accurate stock control, posting and reconciliation
• Conduct and supervise regular physical stock counts
• Investigate and resolve stock variances
• Prepare inventory reports and support audits
• Coordinate with operations, logistics and retail teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant warehouse / inventory management experience
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (preferred)
• Strong command of Excel and reporting
• Good analytical, coordination and problem-solving skills
