Sales & Store Performance
Drive sales results and achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and key metrics to inform business decisions

Execute promotional initiatives to grow traffic, conversion, and customer loyalty
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, coach, and develop a strong team of sales associates

Provide ongoing performance feedback, recognition, and support

Foster a positive, motivating, and accountable work environment
Customer Experience
Ensure a consistently high level of customer service on the sales floor

Address customer questions, concerns, and escalations professionally and promptly

Create a welcoming store environment that encourages repeat visits
