Overseeing the general operation of the Freshslice Location assigned to you and act like owner operator. Following Freshslice manuals, guidelines and forms. Maintaining the Freshslice quality and standard in both Food Quality and Customer Services. Hiring, training, and supervising employees. Ensure employees are trained, passed their tests and follow the Freshslice guidelines. Retrain and supervise if needed. Running food/paper/chemical cost at 40% and labour cost at 23% as per existing Freshslice guidelines (+/- 2%). Ensure Freshslice is promoted in all the schools within 5 Km for pizza day event.
