Costa Coffee is looking for an experienced and professional Restaurant Manager to lead our DHA Karachi outlet. The ideal candidate will manage daily operations, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer experience while meeting sales and performance targets.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations
• Manage, train, and motivate baristas and crew
• Ensure Costa Coffee brand, quality, and service standards
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints
• Manage staff schedules, inventory, and cost control
• Drive sales performance and achieve targets
• Ensure hygiene, health, and safety compliance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (BBA / B.Com / Hospitality preferred)
• 3–5 years of restaurant or café management experience
