Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Ensures the store delivers quality products and outstanding service in a clean, welcoming environment
• Interacts with guests and monitors store performance through customer feedback
• Follows up on customer compliments and complaints; resolves conflicts effectively
• Executes new product launches and marketing programs within the store
• Builds team morale and supports the professional growth of all employees
• Handles disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary
• Ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws
• Manages weekly inventory (food and paper), vendor orders, and service logs
• Oversees daily cash management tasks (reports, deposits, etc.)
• Develops and implements action plans to improve store performance
