• Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless luxury customer experience.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team to deliver outstanding service and performance.
• Assist in ensuring that store standards, policies, and procedures are consistently met.
• Manage team performance and contribute to a strong, customer-focused store culture.
• Uphold the brand’s prestige through excellent visual merchandising and customer engagement.
