Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly store maintenance spare parts, tools, and materials
• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receiving and issuing items
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock for maintenance operations
• Issue spare parts and materials to the maintenance team based on approved requests
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
• Ensure the store area is clean, well-organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Coordinate with the Purchasing Department for reordering spare parts and consumables
• Prepare inventory reports and assist during audits

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Certificate (technical or mechanical background is an added advantage)
• Experience as a storekeeper, preferably in a maintenance or manufacturing environment
