As a Store Manager you will have the responsibility for the running of your store – you will be a hands‑on individual who leads from the front in a role which can at times be challenging and demanding, focussing ultimately on maximising sales through your local knowledge, exceeding budget targets, efficient cost controlling, promoting the best customer service and looking for opportunities to lead, motivate, develop and inspire your team. Directly responsible for achieving optimum sales through commerciality, ensuring excellent customer service is provided by your team in a fast‑paced environment.
