Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Store Manager. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure superior customer experiences, and drive sales in our Cubao, Recto, and Carriedo stores while adhering to company policies. The role includes responsibility for maintaining store inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and maintaining a visually appealing and organized store environment. Some tasks may be performed remotely as part of this hybrid role.
Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and exceptional Customer Service
Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
Experience in Store Management and Retail operations
