We've spent over a decade building a brand people genuinely love – online, through our products, and in the way we show up in the world. Now we're doing something we've never done before; opening our first Bellroy owned store.

This is a big deal for us – it brings everything that Bellroy stands for into a physical space. An energising, design-focused place where customers can engage with our products, try them on and uncover the nitty gritty from our seasoned Carry Guides. And we need someone to lead that experience – our first Store Manager. That’s where you come in.

You'll be the person who helps shape what our stores become. The rituals, the standards, the energy. You'll coach a small team, make real-time calls when things get busy or tricky, and model the kind of customer experience we want to be known for.
