Store Manager - Oakridge Park Mall

Summary The Store Manager will lead overall store operations for a new luxury store opening at Oakridge Park Mall, overseeing staff, merchandise, customer service, and achievement of sales and operational targets. This role includes full profit and loss responsibility, staff recruitment and development, merchandising and visual standards, and close collaboration with regional and corporate offices.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales performance and P&L accountability

Recruit, induct, coach, evaluate, and develop store staff and maintain a talent pool

Create staff schedules, manage payroll timekeeping and ensure appropriate store coverage

Oversee inventory management, ordering with Buyer, cycle and physical inventory, and use of Retail Pro

Maintain merchandising, visual standards, store appearance, and adherence to grooming guidelines
