Store Manager - Opry Mills

Overview:  

Marc Jacobs International, powered by the creative genius of Marc Jacobs, seeks a  Store Manager to lead its Opry Mills location in Nashville, Tennessee The Store Manager will oversee the daily operation of the store including the overall management of the team, merchandise, and sales results. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this position is responsible for loss prevention compliance, human resources management, as well as visual merchandising presentation. The Store Manager will lead by example and deliver positive and inclusive client experiences which contribute to the overall commercial success.

+ Lead team to achieve individual and team sales targets 
+ Implement a culture that leverages on all KPls 
+ Analyze sales figures and KPls using available data/systems to better understand performance and sales opportunities
