You’ll lead your team, strengthen the store, and create a place where advice feels personal and design speaks for itself. You don’t lead from above, but with a presence: precise, calm, and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Manage the store both operationally and professionally—clearly, systematically, and approachably.
• Take responsibility for sales figures and prepare monthly reports.
• Be an expert on all optical matters in the store.
• Conduct eye exams and analyze prescription values with precision.
• Advise customers honestly and with style — both optically and aesthetically.
• Perform technical adjustments directly in the store.
