What’s the role?

We’re looking for a Store Manager to lead our team in Oxford Cowley. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you’ll take full responsibility for the daily running of your pet care centre, driving sales and performance while ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all aspects of daily operations, from stock control to store standards.
• Leading and inspiring your team to achieve sales targets and exceed KPIs.
