PERFIL REQUERIDO
Experiencia en retail – indispensable (3 años en adelante)
Licenciatura trunca o concluida
Vivir Máximo 1 hora de la zona a laborar
Habilidades de liderazgo y supervisión de equipos
Comunicación efectiva con clientes y equipo de trabajo
Dominio de KPI ́s Retail CONVERSIÓN, UPT, ATV, AUR (Indispensable para continuar con el proceso)
Manejo de equipos de 8 personas en adelante
